Within 72 hours you receive a plan with scope, timelines and fees. Everything in writing, nothing verbal.

Due diligence

Zoning, registry and technical checks. We only move forward once the file is clean.

Supervised execution

Purchase, build or renovation with in-house management. Fortnightly reports with photos and cost tracking.

Handover & aftercare

Turnkey handover with full dossier. Maintenance and property management continue if you choose.
