Breusch & Magnussen S.L. was founded in 2005 in response to a simple observation: buyers from northern Europe needed someone who spoke their language and understood their culture — but also knew the mortar, the contractors and the town halls of this coast.

From L'Alfàs del Pi, with an office in Altea, we cover the coastal strip from Altea to Moraira. We began selling homes and ended up building, renovating and maintaining them — because our clients didn't want to search for a new supplier every time a repair or a project came up.
Today we're a small, stable team with our own trades (masonry, plumbing, electrics, HVAC) and a carefully curated network of architects, lawyers and local gestorías.
We're not the largest agency on the coast. We don't want to be. We'd rather close a few deals well than many badly. We'd rather tell you 'this house isn't for you' if that's the truth, than sign whatever lands in front of us.
